Excellent hotel! Very clean and neat, staff was real friendly and eager to help. Cost benefit ratio is also really good. You'll get a great quality hotel without having to pour out so much money.
I absolutely loved staying at this resort! I highly recommend it and would ho back. Nice pool, good location on the Strip, affordable, clean, friendly staff.
The rooms are VERY nice, however don't stress yourself out trying to shower without getting the floor soaked; no matter how you position that curtain, it's going to happen. Shower freely, my friend. ♡

The best! The new trop is the best deal in vegas. Great new poker room. And the staff is willing to serve with a smile. Would stay here again without thinking twice.

Awesome remodel! The casino (while small) offers everything and is absolutely beautiful. Smells good too, if you like coconuts/sunscreen. Overhauled hotel rooms improve from 2 stars to 3/3.5 stars.

Geoffrey RobinsonJuly 19, 2017Be careful staying here. Last 4 times I have stayed here I booked a 1 king room in the paradise tower ( right by the front doors) and have had to call for a manager to get the room I booked.
Filbert WJanuary 12, 2024How lame! The gym is only open 9-5 because it’s accessible is through the Glow spa. Who heard of a hotel without lat night gym access!?
The water pressure in this place is unbelievable. The toilet flushes like a jet engine and you could hose an elephant down with the shower head.

Thomas, one of the hotel managers, is the sweetest person I've ever met in the service industry. he definitely goes above and beyond for his guests!
Seriously the friendliest hotel staff, tables, and casino staff of any location I've been to. There is an obvious effort there!!!
