When searching for the right R.E. agent he/she should genuinely be interested in what you are looking for what ever it is in their service. It should really be about how they can work for you.

To answer Mark, because professional Realtors know how to best represent their clients, just like a Lawyer knows how to represent their clients. Would u tell a lawyer how to do their job?

For some fun ask a real estate agent why they think they should decide where a homeowners listing appears instead of the homeowner deciding themselves. Or how they are different from travel agents.
