- This place is just amazing. From the food, to the drinks, to the staff, Toast rocks. Great vibe with a cool local crowd; artists and musicians. Lex and Jeremy are my two favorite bartenders ever!
- They serve a great rotating list of truly craft beers, AND they have great food & a long-lasting staff which speaks to the integrity of the joint. Truly local--bring your friends or make new ones!
- Noni LabarcaJanuary 7, 2014Amazing Monday deal. Even better on happy hour time (before 8). Order any beer (half price on hh) and get an amazing burger with side salad or fries, and tons of condiments, for just 6 more dollars!
- Tomantha MercedesOctober 27, 2013Amazing food!!! Great service! Ribeye and eggs were a hit and their mexican steak and eggs were delicious. Great service, very accomodating! We travelled from upper east harlem and were glad we did!!!
- Harlem AmbassadorAugust 19, 2014All the fun seems to happen here at night when it becomes more of a lounge. While there are (2) other spin-offs...this is the original. The MSM students frequent. Kitchen is open late. Food and shots!
- Serious EatsSeptember 5, 2013For a more sandwich-and-American-classic based brunch available all day every day, head to Toast up on LaSalle and Broadway (It's also a decent spot for cocktails and chicken wings late night).
- Jacqueline VelezNovember 21, 2012Great food, prices, service and casual, fun atmosphere. Personal favorites are the Chicken Pot Pie, Burgers, Soups and Skirt Steak Toasts and the Tarragon Chicken!
- Janine PerryNovember 22, 2014The burgers are awesome. They have special deals on certain days each week. I feel at home here, it's a very congenial atmosphere.
- Get the ABLT wrap, it's not on the menu, but it's a BLT wrap with avocado and chipotle mayo instead of regular mayo
- Jacob FordOctober 1, 2017Their Bloody Mary, with a bespoke mix and picked asparagus, is worth having mixed up.
- Soul TrainApril 5, 2011An Uptown favorite, Toast specializes in "Truckstop gourmet" yumminess like burgers, house cured salmon & pork. Be sure to stop by for brunch or happy hour.
- Chris EvansApril 2, 2016I go here quite a bit, brunch is *almost* great, just wish a lot of the dishes didn't come wrapped in sandwich paper.
- Alex RobertsonOctober 12, 2017Nothing to recommend it decor-wise but good food and good beer for fine prices
- Maeva RenaudJanuary 18, 2014The Lamb burger was really good. Jon the bartender is really cute and sweet! Neighborhood spot.
- Steve LlanoNovember 13, 2012The 5 dollar burger if you buy a pint deal on Monday night is reason enough to come. Excellent!
- Sixteen interesting Beers on tap to quench your thirst!
- David R.June 7, 2013The Pulled Pork? just say no. And then go to Dinosaur BBQ. Stick with the burgers here.

- Kevin LaibsonDecember 7, 2010Vegetarians should try the Mac and cheese entree with portobello instead of chicken. It's perfect.
- Get a burger with sides of chipotle mayo and herb mayo for dipping the fries. Stay long enough for the kitchen to close, and beers are half price.
- The French Onion soup is the yummiest you'll eat anywhere.
- CyndiJanuary 25, 2013Long wait! Burger is ok. A but dry. I prefer deluxe on Broadway. Can't go wrong with a $5 burger :)
