Stopped for lunch and asked about 4sq special, was told they did not have any. Next time I will know better to not trust either Chili's or 4sq specials.
Special was NOT honored during lunch on 10/8, it may have expired. I was unhappy to have been charged despite showing my phone to my server, he should have told me first. I wont be back anytime soon.
