Amazing customer service. I've had many bags from Timbuk2 and have never had an issue. I did recently and they warrantied on the spot.

I've had one of my bags for over 10 years and it still looks like new! Come in and design your bag, pick it up in 24-48 hours!

If you're customizing a bag, do yourself a favor and check options online first so you don't order the wrong thing by accident. The employees try to be helpful but end up causing confusion.

If you don't have timbuk2 messenger or backpack you should get one. If you already have one, you should buy another! Those bags are legendary!
