Sawat's the bomb. Make sure u pick a private trainer u can understand & connect with. Don't be afraid to "shop around" during class time.
The staff is amazing. The food is good and gym is also good but don't buy accommodation from them if you want a little bit more than just the basic.

Alexander RazmochaevJune 27, 2017If you don't have previous fitness or fighting experience, I'd not recommend to buy All-in-one package: just buy crossfit-only, or Muay Thai only packages. It would be just enough for the first week.

- They clean room once a week and you get 2 towels per week and the pictures of the hotels are way to much pretty then the location really is
If you want to get seriously healthy then come here. This place will make you into a machine. Is it perfect? No place is. But it is damn good.

İf you want to learn muay thai dont come this place. at least dont come to group classes. Just private.
