Scottie MilagroNovember 17, 2014Long long wait for the airport shuttle. Take the Fox shuttle that comes more frequently & drops off next door. Only two options available for a compact and my car was dirty & smelled like body odor.

Marta TsonevaMay 1, 2012Wait forever for the shuttle! I've been standing here, watching a dozen each of the other companies' shuttles come and go, and Thrifty took 20 minutes. Use another company.
Be prepared for a long wait for the shuttle. Sign up for Blue Chip beforehand or be prepared to wait for 2 hours before they get to you.

Al MOctober 4, 2017waited for an hour for the car in the parking lot under the sun. When they finally sent a compact out for the people in front of me in the line, the car had a nail in the tire. They did this TWICE

They check your credit score and if you don't have a certain score you won't be able to rent. Go to National they don't do credit checks and give free upgrades.
