The Carolina Thread Trail is a regional network of greenways and trails that reaches 15 counties and 2.3 million citizens. It links people, places, cities, towns and attractions. It links lives. The trail preserves our natural areas and is a place for exploration of nature, culture, science and history, for family adventures and celebrations of friendship. It is for young, old, athlete and average. This is a landmark project. A legacy that will give so much, to so many, for so long.
