Almost all the meats are local and aged in-house. If you've never had it, get the dry aged burger, it is one of the top nationally. If you're vegetarian, the Pakora Falafel is amazing.
If you LOVE bread like I do, you better grab a loaf of Chris Sy's town (white) or country (multigrain) goodness on the counter. It's some of the best bread I've eaten in a while. You'll love it!- Looking for a killer breakfast? This is your spot! Housemade charcuterie, sausages, and more. Biscuits and Gravy...Eggs Benedict...Corned Beef Hash...and did I mention Foie Gras Benedict? Oh baby!
- Chef/owner Bob McGee and his team do a mean dinner service here. Family style portions of braised pork shanks, roasted chicken, veggies and more. Come hungry and ready for serious deliciousness. BYOB.
- This new addition to Kakaako features a wicked breakfast menu and lunch menu featuring housemade sausages, charcuterie, tasty sandwiches, antipasti and more. Open Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Buy the porchetta sandwich then walk around the corner to CHAI studio at 675 Auahi. Sit or browse amongst the beautiful items and enjoy the cool A/C!- In the mood for head cheese? Stop in and grab some at the deli. Fantastic sandwiches and antipasti to boot too! Plenty of metered street parking in the area.

The fried potatoes will make you forget that French Fries existed. Make sure to eat up all the tiny bits - if vegetables could be made into bacon, it would taste like those bits.
The Whole Ox Deli will be opening in Kakaʻako in Summer 2012. Featuring smoked meats, hand-made sausages, pastrami and more!
If you're taking out & order a Mexican Cola or Bottle Waialua Soda & don't want to start drinking it, let them know not to open it. ;)
Nicholas AFebruary 25, 2013Order the Lardo when it's available. It is the most wonderful thing you can taste in the world of salume.- This place can get busy for lunch, so come early or come later to avoid the rush. However, don't come too late as they might run out of your favorites.
Try the Fried Potatoes - Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, nicely salted. I could easily become addicted...- When I think of Ox, I think of that kid that bullied the Ricker on Silver Spoons. But this Ox will give you better memories about meat, like it's Dry Aged Burger.
- Water is free here! Grab a cup from the shelf or ask for a glass with your purchase.

Lunch menu starts at 9:30 AM so don't expect to have breakfast after that.- Bone-in belly chop with goat cheese polenta and sauce romesco
- Soon there will be food & people at The Whole Ox Deli in Kaka`ako.
- Orechiette in a snout, head and tail ragout with dandelion greens
- Pigskin pasta with Hamakua shimeji and maitake and escarole
Be prepared to buy a drink! They do not offer free tap water.
