- The fried potatoes will make you forget that French Fries existed. Make sure to eat up all the tiny bits - if vegetables could be made into bacon, it would taste like those bits.
- The Whole Ox Deli will be opening in Kakaʻako in Summer 2012. Featuring smoked meats, hand-made sausages, pastrami and more!
- If you're taking out & order a Mexican Cola or Bottle Waialua Soda & don't want to start drinking it, let them know not to open it. ;)

- This place can get busy for lunch, so come early or come later to avoid the rush. However, don't come too late as they might run out of your favorites.
- Try the Fried Potatoes - Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, nicely salted. I could easily become addicted...
- When I think of Ox, I think of that kid that bullied the Ricker on Silver Spoons. But this Ox will give you better memories about meat, like it's Dry Aged Burger.
- Water is free here! Grab a cup from the shelf or ask for a glass with your purchase.

- Lunch menu starts at 9:30 AM so don't expect to have breakfast after that.
