Very friendly staff, nicely restored rooms, old Chicago style lounge, and I love my view of the John Hancock tower!
Kevin CorriganAugust 9, 2013Nice place. Really comfortable bed and nice staff. WiFi isn't free and cumbersome to use (slow and clunky). All in all - good place to stay if you don't place to work from your room.
Amazing staff, two restaurants,Poppie at the bar. Rooms are not as modern as some but that in no way detracts from its comfort and practicality. Food at Fornetto Mei is delicious and is one of their restaurants.

James SutherlandSeptember 19, 2024WiFi is free now, but still slow. Even "breakfast included" rates don't actually include breakfast, just a $20 credit towards it. Have to request housekeeping or towels specifically or won't get any.

Make sure you have a credit card. $75 deposit per night.. taken right out of my checking account. $450 for 6 nights.
