Beautiful Boutique hotel that lacks class & competence. Staff is uneducated and barely speaks English. If I could check myself in and make my own payment myself my stay would have been wonderful.
What a great little hotel that has been restored to its 1920's splendor. Very friendly staff, nicely restored rooms, old Chicago stylelounge, and I love my view of the John Hancock tower!
Nice place. Really comfortable bed and nice staff. WiFi isn't free and cumbersome to use (slow and clunky). All in all - good place to stay if you don't place to work from your room.
Amazing staff, two restaurants,Poppie at the bar. Rooms are not as modern as some but that in no way detracts from its comfort and practicality. Concierge is ON POINT.
We arrived just a few minutes after the 3pm check in and they upgraded us to the Delaware Suite, complimentary. It is beautiful! Food at Fornetto Mei is delicious and is one of their restaurants.
WiFi is free now, but still slow. Even "breakfast included" rates don't actually include breakfast, just a $20 credit towards it. Have to request housekeeping or towels specifically or won't get any.
From intimate, executive business meetings to grand Chicago social events, we have you covered. Our beautiful, newly remodeled and decorated interiors add luxury and sophistication to any conference or celebration...
