Very complete hotel, has everything you need. The staff in the lobby is very helpful and can help you plan your day in Warsaw. There is also a rental bike stop in front of the building.

Great breakfast! Upgrades for SPG members. Love this hotel. Pro tip: the free WiFi password for the lobby works perfectly in your room as well. If you've ever paid for WiFi here, slap yourself now.

Very positive experience for Warsaw .Best beds in the world ! Nice stuff. Even though room wasn't spacious - had a great bathroom and lots of storage space. Do not recommend their room service food

platinum is well recognized here. they upgrade you to a suite along with the usual amenities (club access, internet and free breakfast). great deal! i came here to write.

starwood preferred guest platinum members can access the executive lounge on the 19th floor where you serve yourself free drinks from 6-8pm every evening. Other than that, a pretty average 5* hotel.

The comfiest 5* hotel in the strict city centre. Heavenly beds, heavenly showers, the staff set a new standard of being pro. Forget the pool @ the IC, Westin's pampering breakfast will make up for it.

Excellent service, spacious rooms, reasonably priced. Wi-Fi only on the ground floor and 19th (executive lounge) which works fine. Very close to a huge shopping mall, where you have many restos.

Nearest metro stations are Swietorkrzyska and Ratusz. Be sure to be a Starwood Preferred Guest to get the best room locations. Breakfast is so enjoyable. Everything is really perfect!

When you order a drink in the hotel lobby, nuts are coming with it. Nice hotel, fast and good service!

The Exec level rooms - 18 & 19th floor - are reasonably priced and come with access to a lounge serving free 'happy hour' drinks and snacks (1700-1900hrs) as well as free breakfasts in the AM.

As everyone says, executive floors with Internet package is the best deal. Great location by the center, just a short walk to an abundance of shops and multiple coffee places.

At breakfast, you can ask the chefs behind the buffet table to make eggs benedict for you. They don't prepare unless you ask them to :-)

in the morning the lifts are very slow. You can take more than 10 minutes to get one. Go to have breakfast on time!

Seriously? 5* hotel but wifi is 70zl, only the main entrance located on off street is open, and breakfast of fruit, bread and not steaks cost 99zl??!

Good hotel but the rip you off with Internet charges. Do not use the hotel taxis. Another rip off. Otherwise a clean and nice place.
