"The manager in this quaint cafe inside Dazzler Hotel, is very nice. Great coffee by Unique Coffee roasters .Try Hazelhut Hot Chocolate, iced. Neat spot to get work done but WiFi works intermittently"

"A “must visit”! Great view of Manhattan. It’s a very popular place for wedding proposals too, so you may be lucky to catch one - I did! Note: The pedestrian way from Brooklyn is a bit hard to find."
