If your DND isn't on, housekeeping knocks and (without saying a word) immediately attempts to open your door. Wooloomooloo by woolies on the right if hotel. Thai joint in left is slow and expensive.
Roberto at the front desk has an intuitive grasp of what makes for good customer service.
