Always a lot of people here. Not the best scene, but if you want to be surrounded by girls who are new to the city and think flirting with the bouncer will get them free cigs, then this is the spot.

Fratty doesn't cover it. But the happy hour is good and it's usually crowded only late at night. If you want to play pong in the UES this is the spot.
great food and the kitchen is open late. great place to start or end the night, hence the name. ps-order the fried oreos. if u havnt had them, you are missing out!
