Possibly the best sandwiches in the city. Definitely a weekday lunch place in terms of hours. No seating, but you can take your sandwiches to Yerba Buena Gardens nearby.
J LiApril 15, 2015So far my favorite sandwich place given the price:quality ratio. They handle long lines well, and their lemonade is delicious. (Make sure to ask for lemonade if they don't have it on the menu!)

BBQ pulled pork w/ coleslaw is evil. So far, 2/2 sandwiches are incredibly delicious and filling. Next on my hit list is the corned beef... Strawberry ade is yummy too!

They change their menu every few months. Also, try to get there before 1pm, their more popular options run out quickly.- My first egg salad sandwich ever was from The Sentinel and I'm afraid if I get one anywhere else it won't be as fantastic.
I have been blown away by all of their sandwiches, but if it's your first time there, the corned beef is a must

Their oatmeal is amazing. Skip the sugar, it's packed with fresh fruit.

Get breakfast pastries before 9AM or earlier, as they might run out
