Ok this place is nice! The front desk staff goes above and beyond. It is worth it to stay here. The balconies are great! All ocean view rooms get a nice view. The pool area is nice and relaxing.

Saturdays and Sundays during peak season, the Café at the San Luis has a fantastic omelet bar and breakfast buffet for about $17. If you aren't in hotel, it's worth the trip. Weekdays, not so much.

The view from the Penthouse level is to die for. Definitely worth it to stay on a VIP level for the amenities!

Allen A.Terrible self parking options. On the side and walk uphill or the garage for high creepy factor. Fantastic view and reasonably priced. Convenient location.

The hotel is overpriced, but if you prefer a high class hotel, this or Galvez is the ONLY way to go. Even the Hilton is funky!

Great service. Amazing souflee. Fantastic Jazz Lounge. And delicious mojitos @ the pool. Doesn't get much better.

Killed 2 cockroaches! Bathroom dirty. A/C poor. Not what one would expect from this calibre of a hotel. Most disappointing was the fact I asked front desk clerk to notify mgr-on-duty. No response.
