Sour beers get their characteristic twang from a secondary bacterial fermentation. Think beer mixed with kombucha.

Paul SMarch 29, 2014If you're not a sour beer fan, then stay away. Amazing sours! Unfortunately, no samplers. If you go in a group, split tall glasses and share them. Too many sours will upset your stomach.
Sad what has happened here. Used to be one of the best experiences in the bay.
Some crazy flavors, especially if you've never had a sour beer before!
