Colorado Springs Food Guy found a coffee house that is better than Starbucks. The Perk Downtown has fresh coffee and friendly staff. The Perk Downtown is the place to go.

Super cosy place downtown to do work and have great coffee. Plenty of space with cool patio seating upstairs.

The baristas here are super caring and quite phenomenal!! Eliza, thank you tons for being oh-so very kind and considerate of dietary restrictions. Seriously, any other person would be fed up!!

Their drip coffee was good, and pretty cheap. They had a choice of light, medium, and dark roasts.

The iced white mocha is awesome! Add an extra shot to balance out the sweetness and give you an extra caffeine kick.

Lots of seating, especially upstairs. Plenty of outlets and free wifi. Parking is terrible, but it's downtown....
