This is my favorite spin studio in all of NYC. Take a class with Michael for 45 mins of awesome music and cycling or with Jonathan or Liz for a weights interval in the middle!
Michael's class and studio is truly unique! Beautiful studio with amazing HD screens for all of your favorite music videos. Fun, challenging spin classes with great music #hellyeah
Margot MazurJanuary 20, 2015The most fun I've had in a spin class. It went so fast thanks to the videos & they really got you in the zone. However, there are only two showers and always a HUGE line so be prepared to wait & wait.
Michael is the best. Liz is a close second. It's my favorite spin class in the city. Awesome music and great vibes. Not known for their shower situation (but you'll survive)
Great, cutting edge music. Fun instructors who keep it fun & the energy high. The have lockers (BYO lock), towels, & a water filter to fill a bottle. There are 2 showers and places to change. LOVE!

Samantha JoJune 26, 2015Bikes allow you to check your RPMs and the videos are cool/interesting. The class is challenging and flys by very quickly for me. I love how dark it is in the studio.

Absolutely amazing, especially if you're into music. Michael is a very attentive instructor, and the class is powerful. The studio itself is immaculate.

Love the music videos playing at the same time. They just got rid of all of their pedal cages so you need to bring shoes or rent them

Less bells and whistles than most of the other studios (Soul, Peloton,Flywheel etc) but a cool no snobbery zone w dope music and a dirty ride !
Hands down one of my favorite studios. Great sweat but shower situation gets crazy in the morning.

Giant music videos get you through your workout. Michael is a great instructor / owner. Good vibes.

Michael is THE BEST. Love this studio. Music is always on point.
I really enjoy Michael and Jonathan's classes although the studio sometimes gets way too hot.
