I think the best value is the Fire&Water rooms - fireplace - mini bar - nice soaker tub - couple of nice armchairs and a desk

Try to get a room on the 3rd or 4th floor, rooms 10, 11, 12... They are really quiet

Get an 8th floor room for a great fall view of Strathcona north facing towards downtown.
