This is the best hotel in Midtown. True NYC ambiance the second you walk in the lively, elegant lobby. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are clean and beds are super comfortable! Stay no place else.
The atmosphere is upscaleArt Deco. Give the radiators a few minutes to rev up. The windows have motorized shades. The shower has 2 nozzles in the suite. They have some suites with adjoining reg rooms
So Very Trendy ! You'll fall in love with their decoration and creativity .. I was happy with the size of their queen room ! location was perfect too (Close to both 5th ave and the United Nations)
I had a huge room, bed could fit three adults and we had two bathrooms outfitted with carrera marble an gorgeous wallpaper. Would definitely return again
It is extremely inexpensive but fairlywell appointed. Very clean and comfortable. Great value! I asked to decline the “destination fee” and that saved me $30/night too.
Great hotel! Had a Starbucks!!! Bathroomtoilet was awkward. Housekeeping was great. Very friendly staff. My room had very little cooling and was humid!!'
Trendy with good service, their rooms are average size for a midtown hotel. Between the 4 marriotts next to each other, I prefer the Maxwell due to their softer beds though this has better/newer tech
So far the staff isn't friendly. Nobody greets you except when your at the elite marriott front desk. Room service for 2 a burger and chicken fingers no drinks and a sm soup 77bucks. Decorated nicely
good hotel to stay for a week.. no more. Sometimes they don't make the rooms, and the walls are like paper, but the rooms are quite big and they have free wifi in the lobby!
This is the worst "luxury" hotel in the world. Tiny rooms, no room service, fridge, minibar, cups, anything. Holiday Inns are better. Stay away unless u want to eat pizzadelivery on plastic plates.
It's a bit frayed at the edges, but the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. They're renovating, so chances are things will be better. Rooms were very late to get ready though… :-S
Tiny hallow rooms. They revamped it maybe in the last few years but cheap. You can hear conversations next door. We had friends meet us and neighbors complained so many times we weren't loud at all.
Love this Hotel but the room was so small I had 6 suit case and I could not walk to the bathroom had to jump over . I found that the staff was not polite at all . The lobby was so full .
The full-size bed would've been fine for one, but it was smaller than I'm used to for two. Room was boutique sized, but very clean. Bathroom fixtures weren't super modern, but hey--not bad for $99.
When we got there, we were told the room we booked a month ago was not available. They instead gave us 2 rooms for our party of 4, supposedly next to each other with queen beds. Neither true at all.
With boutique charm and a Jazz Age-inspired setting, The Lexington Hotel, Autograph Collection is a perfect home base for exploring Manhattan. Guests will revel in the hotel's specialty suites, fitness center, meeting space and location by Times Square.
