An amazing outpost in Chicago. If you're in a club room, the Langham Club on floor 12C had great views, ambience, and light food. Service is second to none, and location is great as well.

Found the whole experience excellent. Spa, steam, sauna, relaxation room, gym and pool were additional benefits. That were open for long enough to use. You can ask for out of hours times if required

It's like heaven here. I can't think of a single bad thing to say about this place from the rain shower in the bathroom to the fine linens to the epic customer service. Wow.
For a hotel so new it’s sad that there are no power outlets next to the bed to charge your phone. And even worse when you have to unplug a lamp because it’s not easy to find the switch or control
Beautiful hotel, absolutely inconvenient they do not have a 24 hourgym and that you need a security escort to work out at any other hour. For a business hotel, that's unacceptable
