- Preeti MackerApril 8, 2015Their burger is the best! Perfectly cooked and smoked. Highly recommended. Kids menu is good but at least a pasta inclusion or bread accompaniment with the roasted chicken would be desirable.
- Kyle ByeAugust 13, 2015For brunch, you must order the brioche French toast with house-made berry syrup and sweet beurre fondue. SO good. Pair it with a cup of Modcup coffee or espresso for an amazing meal!
- Vineet ShahJanuary 13, 2015Come here for brunch. Great ambiance, friendly staff, and a steal compared to the spots on Grove. Brioche French toast with huckleberry syrup hit the spot.
- Raj SarmaJuly 4, 2015The brunch here is minimalist in terms of options but uses fresh ingredients and herbs grown on premise. Coffee is excellent and there's always a great selection. Perfect for the connoisseur.
- Michelle LoraDecember 24, 2015The avocado toast is pretty spot on. Jalapeño cream cheese gives it a nice touch.. Too bad it's not Vegan friendly.. Mod cup coffee is decent. Almond milk only. No soy. The bf loves the steak and eggs
- Vineet ShahNovember 7, 2014Executive chef David Viana, previously chef de cuisine at Battello, is slated to join the ranks of Thirty Acres with his New American farm-to-table menu at The Kitchen at Grove Station. Opens Nov 10.
- Vikash RughaniNovember 15, 2014Highly recommend the Ricotta Gnocchi and the Hudson Valley Duck with braised cabbage. As good as the best I've had in England. Great service too! Keep it up
- Lori LuoNovember 11, 2014Make sure to order the Burger, which is served in a glass dome with caramelized onions and smoked sharp cheddar, as well as a side of pommes frites.
- Gene SuperSeptember 26, 2015Burger is delicious! But for brunch the avocado sandwich with over-easy egg is my favorite! Make sure to try locally roasted ModCup coffee.
- Whit MaullDecember 7, 2014Amazing food, excellent service, and a great vibe. Try the Duck Confit and the Pork Chop. Definitely don't leave without some ModCup Coffee.
- Vineet ShahJanuary 13, 2015Don't miss out on the Modcup coffee. The Bali single-origin was one of the best cups of coffee I've ever had.
- Carl FigueiredoJune 29, 2015Brunch options were on point. Enjoyed the frittatas & French toast. Single original coffees as well. The place does, however, earn all 3 of its dollar signs on price range $$$
- Constanze WitzelJune 12, 2015Beautifully designed restaurant with a very creative menu ! Food is amazing & very reasonably priced. Check it out if you are in Jersey City.
- Thomas TaylorJanuary 8, 2016Now that Thirty Acres has gone, this is without doubt the best foodie restaurant in JC. If it was in NYC it would be rocking a Michelin star.
- Eva HungApril 24, 2015The food is tasty and the price is reasonable. Staffs are friendly. However, there is no ramp for the stroller to get up, but the staff would come to you very soon and help you lift the stroller.
- Rikin DiwanMay 3, 2015Amazing brunch with really great friendly service. The brioche French toast and the mod cup coffee are both excellent.
- Joe BlossomMarch 24, 2015Awesome food and atmosphere. One of Jersey City's hidden gems. (Hidden because the location is a little awkward)
- Clare LynchDecember 6, 2015The bag of donuts is the perfect way to start out brunch - warm, fluffy, and liberally sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
- ValerieNovember 24, 2015Menu changes with the season but I've never had anything I didn't like. Staff is friendly.
- Nina PaparattoNovember 28, 2015All of the food is divine ... get the porkbelly egg & cheese if you're not afraid of fat ;)
- Snooty WaiterFebruary 12, 2015High level of culinary care and concern for a great price point. And it's BYOB!
- John SMay 7, 2015Couldn't ask for better or more professional service, Very Clean and nicely decorated. The food was excellent however, we found the portions to be very small.
- Brendan O'DonnellMay 31, 2015Beets are on point!! Everything is delicious and the staff is very friendly.
- Both the butternut squash soup and the duck were great.
- Aniruddha MandkeSeptember 19, 2015Odd menu. Quantity served may or may not be enough. Food tastes really good. Some of the waiters/servers are WAY TOO friendly. Poor selection for vegetarian taste.
- MischaApril 13, 2015Good food, but service, well service isn't bad but they take way too long to set up your plate, between apps and entrée it felt like half an hour wait. Go with the duck btw.
- Food is delish but portions are tiny. Don't come hungry or you will leave hangry (or with a much lighter wallet)
- Vanessa ScottMay 31, 2015Server Garon saved us after we waited almost 20 minutes without being greeted. Still, the kitchen was super slow. Food was ok, not awesome. But for the server, would have been a total wash.
