One of the best 'service-centric' hotels I have been to. They are on par with Ritz and 4 Seasons from a service point of view!

214 Central for Sunday brunch. Duck Confi Hash is excellent. Ask for Dave; very attentive and personable without being overbearing. Great place for a decompressing brunch and quiet conversation.

Pet-friendly. It's in a great location is you want to be near Highland Park Village, Knox-Henderson, and NorthPark Center Mall, but a bit less convenient to downtown.
