Cozy, local spot. Fireplace for winter, garden for summer. They do magical things with seasonal ingredients in the small kitchen, but they do run out of dishes so get your orders in quick!
Very nice for meetings, not noisy as pubs. We had great time, hear each other. Mica atmosphere. Homemade bread is really good. Steak and especially fries are very good.
Great selection of beer, food was quite above average, and somewhat lively for a Tuesday night. Could use some music, but a great place to start the night!
On paper it sounds good but they ran out of roast at 1pm on Sunday! And now they won't serve us cheese with our wine because the kitchen is closed. How much cooking is involved in plating cheese?
