Simply the best I've tried among the 3 places including 2 in Seattle. I love RED SNAPPER the best, tender, flaky. My kids love the halibut; haddock is a little tougher/drier. Everything super fresh!

Delicious fish n' chips in generous portions from a man who's got the accent to prove the authenticity of the dish! If you love fish n' chips, a stop at The Frying Scotsman is a must.

I was "one of those" that first heard of this cart on the Food Network's Triple-D and put it on my list. I was not disappointed! I tried the cod and will try the rest over time.

If you're going to go to one food truck in Portland, it should be this one. They're known for their Beer Battered Haddock & Chips.
