The single offering is the island bowl and it's yummy, filling, & healthy. Customize it to your liking (choice of meat, sauce, legume, and rice) and definitely add kale (on top, not on the side).
This place was amazing!!! I came in with dietary restrictions and the chef went above and beyond to make sure I got a delicious meal I could eat. And everything else looked and smelled amazing too!!!!
Food was so good, I forgot to stop and take a photo. Ordered the tofu & veggie bowl and it did not disappoint; packed with flavor. Ambiance and service was also great. Awesome spot to check out.
I missed the SBS walking up Rogers, and I didn't mean to stop, but the door was open and it smelled heavenly. Jerk chicken, brown rice, red beans, spicy tomato sauce, and BYOB drinks — perfection.
If you want something "lighter" the lamb isn't for you. This Fred Flintstone sized shank in spicy tomato sauce is perfect. Island bowl with salmon, and goat roti are also not to be missed.

Salmon and lamb both off the charts. Veggie sides are fresh and cooked to order. This place is incredibly special. Takes about 20 mins to get your food but well worth it.

My first dish from the fine establishment was the Grilled Chicken now with coconut sauce and red beans over white rice. It was splendid, I will be returning to try the Lamb.
