The crest is the only private boutique fitness club in Wilmington which makes our membership options much different than any other gym or fitness center in the area. We will only allow a limited number of active members so that your workout experience will be an enjoyable one & we offer programs to suit all. Even if you're a part time resident or only want to exercise during the colder months. When you meet w/ your fitness coach you can determine the membership program that is best suited to your individual fitness needs. At The Crest we want "Happy Members" or "Happy Non-Members" so you will not be lured or locked into a program that you didn't choose. Our memberships are not sold to a collection agency & we don't make you call 1-800 for customer service only to speak to a recording. Fitness Membership
In our recent economic environment w/ everyone looking to save money or add value, this has been our most popular membership option. You will be assigned a fitness coach, & each & every month you remain a member you will receive a fitness evaluation & a workout program change. It's one thing to sign up for gym membership but it's another thing to actually show up to use it. At Crest we are not interested in just signing you up & forgetting about you. This membership has really helped us to help our members get the most out of their fitness experience.
Basic Membership
The program is just as it appears...it's basic. It will allow you access to our weight room, gym floor, cardio machines & group fitness classes ONLY, NO Fitness coaching. You will receive one complimentary fitness assessment & equipment orientation if you would like but then you're on your own from there. We've found that this is the preferred membership for the experienced lifter but we do require that you use proper form when using all cardio equipment & weight machines & follow our weight room rules. Our Basic Membership does not allow access to our club during non-staffed hours but w/ our limited number of members you will not have to wait in long lines during our peak hours.
Ultimate Membership
This membership includes a full personal training program. This is the best value in personal training in the area. In addition to our best rate on personal training will you also receive everything listed below.

30 minutes of easy to follow cardio followed by 30 min. Of core work to strengthen, balance & improve flexibility.
Hi/Lo
Aerobic moderate intensity class, no jumps.Totally low impact. Total body workout without tricky choreography.
Pilates
Every movement starts from the core. Can be done on the mat, standing or on the ball. Will strengthen the core & lengthen the spine when you focus & engage the abs.
Power Flow Yoga
This is a flow based yoga class. Works to tone, stretch & build core strength, while increasing body awareness.
TRX Group Suspension Training
Builds strength, balance, flexibility & core stability for all fitness levels & appeals to both men & women no matter what their fitness goals
Pump It Up
Total body strength training class using free weights, barbells & other equipment as needed. You train to your own level in a guided for correct form.
Core Strength Yoga
Integrate core strength into all poses to enhance overall strength, flexibility & balance. Infuse core muscles for freedom of the limbs involved in all sports & activities on or off the mat.
Body Sculpt
A fast paced toning class that is time efficient & effective. Hand weights, body bars & step benches are utilized.
Ultimate Challenge
A boot camp style class that utilizes a combination of circuit training w/ weights, functional training & cardio. Guaranteed to be "the fat crusher" you've been looking for.
Zumba
Combines high energy & motivating music w/ unique moves & combinations that allow the participants to dance away their worries. Based on the principle that a workout should be "fun & easy to do"
