- Tim BushnellMay 11, 2017One of my favorite cigar lounges anywhere, a vintage classy feel, wonderful selection of cigars, the life music is crowded but great. Always an enjoyment to spend time hereUpvoted 3 weeks ago
- The only cigar lounge in NYC. Cosy, elegant atmosphere, friendly staff, wide slctn of spirits and non Cuban cigars, live jazz band on Fri and Sat. Smoke your own cigar for a 10 bucks cigar fee.Upvoted Sep 26
- Untapped CitiesApril 19, 2016As long as you don’t mind the smell of cigar smoke, the Carnegie Club is a divine place to read. Choose a leather-bound title from its hand-carved 18th-century bookcases. Read more
- ℳ𝒶𝓎♍June 30, 2022The Carnegie Club is a vibe! I implore you to swing by and check it out. Great cocktails, live jazz and a wonderful selection of cigars for cigar lovers. This club is an absolute gemUpvoted 1 week ago
- lisaApril 6, 2018Oh love the Carnegie club can get very crowded especially when theres a cigar/whiskey event as they had last nite plenty of seating can bring your own cigars food was ok enjoy the live jazz
- SteveFebruary 9, 2015Fantastic on a Saturday night! They have a guy who does a Sinatra show that is on point with a live big band. Get a stogie and a cocktail and enjoy!
- Paul RicchiApril 7, 2023Just about everything. However, to enjoy the music on Saturday evening you must be able to tolerate a lot of people who have, apparently, not been schooled in how to behave in public.
- Kristine YappJanuary 16, 2012Saturday nights they have Sinatra nights with a live band which is amazing! There are normally two showings. Also it's a cigar bar and my favorite one in the city. There is a dress code.
- Nice Club. Not much selection so buy your sticks at Davidoff at Madison and 53rd or Columbus Circle and they waive the cover charge if you show your same-day receipt and buy a drink.
- Paul RicchiApril 7, 2023The bar in the afternoon is great. I avoid it on Saturday evenings. The music is excellent, but the crowd is pretty much a case study in millennial ignorance and proud rudeness. It is unavoidable.
- AmateurConciergeJanuary 29, 2016You found one of NYCs only cigar rooms. Grab a scotch and say something worldly
- Jamie CahiwatOctober 5, 2012Pricey cigars, but drinks are decently priced & staff is friendly & knowledgeable. You have to spend a set minimum & have to pay if you bring your own. You're here for the atmosphere and experience!
- imbookinOctober 27, 2011Let your guests enjoy a fine cigar at one of New York's swankiest and sole remaining cigar bar and cocktail lounge. Located behind Carnegie Hall, it's the perfect location for an event of any size.
- The amiable and efficient bartender, Joyul, knows his way around fresh lime juice.
- Great place for a quiet drink on an off night like Sunday or Monday. It's quiet and comfy and there's no cover charge.
- lisaApril 6, 2018Love the live band with the wonderful voice of the singer makes you feel as if you're listening to Tony Bennett or Frank Sinatra!
- JasonNovember 29, 2014For a cigar club, you'll find a cozy and cool environment. Good sazerac and truffle popcorn too.
- Eric, who is on duty Mon-Thu, is one of the very best bartenders in Christendom. Good time had by all.
- If you're a Cigar smoker & need a place to unwind, THIS is the place! Old school atmosphere. Had a great server by the name of Sierra.
- Chrys KoJanuary 2, 2019Cozy atmosphere and best place to enjoy your cigar. Cocktails could be better though
- Stephen ColellaSeptember 26Bring ur own cigars and pay the 15 cut charge. I have 2 double chateaus in my room and just paid 30 for same cigar I got for 10 at home
- SV Ah MaNovember 10, 2015Fly me to the moon, with a fat Cuban and an old-fashioned, what more do you need..
- oh yea, great drinks and great service. prepare to smell smokey and store your clothes in another room when you get home. . . .
- Awesome cigar bar - bring your own sticks and buy two drinks.
- Tom JohansmeyerNovember 3, 2010Save some money by buying your cigars at De La Concha. Bring your receipt (for same day purchase) and they'll wave the $10 cutting fee.
- Jose CartaApril 25, 2013Saturdays are the Best witj Steven Maglio shows singing Frank Sinatra' s Music
- One of the last joints to allow smoking. Revisit the pre-Bloomberg era in NYC!
- Louis VuittonMay 2, 2012Spend a NY evening in the 60s with a scotch and cigar in hand. Come on Saturday night for the best Sinatra impersonator this town's ever seen! Reserve the 10:30pm show for a special encore...
