Great new spot in Downtown Apex! All meats are deliciously fresh... Not frozen! Cozy interior with large fireplace. Great selection of canned brews. Must try!!

Blistered Pig has earned the DNR (do not return) rating by our family. We loved it for the first year and a half. Sad to see this happen.

The food was excellent as usual however service was sub par. Waitresses seemed to have tables outside and inside possibly stretched out or it could have been that they all liked to chit chat in corner
