Great burgers with good quality meat. Excellent fries and sweet potato fries. Service was actually good and very friendly. The only bad aspect was the cheesecake: avoid it!
Perhaps best burgers in Berlin. Looks pretty low-key, it's also quite reasonably priced and no credit cards accepted. The star of Kreuzberg. Make a reservation in advance! English as first language
The Bird West, 2nd venue of the famous American burger makers from Falkplatz, PBerg. Burgers & steaks are all the same absolutely amazing. From€10. Venue is still missing the beasty style of venue No1
Just keep reminding yourself that the longer you wait, the more you'll enjoy your burger. Order a pitcher and relax into it. It helps that the staff are generally a great laugh.
The staff is super friendly. I had always received excellent service. The price of the burgers is worth every penny. No vegetarian/vegan stuff though. They have the best collection of hot sauces in DE
Best burgers in Berlin. Good food is not fast food! It's worth the wait. Read the menu. Friendly staff, large selection of drinks and HUGE portions. Try the napalm wings if you dare!
So glad this place is close to my office. The lunch steak for 8.50€ is great value. Cooked perfectly and fucking juicy. Also want to mention this time that the staff are friendly, chilled + competent!
Has improved a lot since it first opened. Food is now of the same standard of the original location. Staff are also very friendly. Best burgers in Berlin @ The Bird!
Stop complaining about the toastie buns as the meat is so perfect! Medium rare, great taste and surrounded by lots of melted cheese and grilled onions. Perfect stuff.
Don't forget about the wings and the deep fried pickles! The sauce that comes with the pickles is incredible, and they're cheap and you get a lot! Just order it, you'll love it.
The Bird West is like the old Bird East but new. The in my Opinion best Burgers in town remain at the top, a Shared First Place in Berlins burger World. (They put an entrecote into the grinder)
The meat in the burgers is to die for. The steak is actually quite incredible. Unique burger place in Berlin, the bird doesn't play in the same league as other burger joints!
Burger was nice and especially loved that you got to choose either medium/rare. Not the best burger i had though! The fries were excellent, and the whole table left for craving some more.. :)
Ridiculously good burgers (order medium rare), fries are awesome too. The only drawback is that napalm wings aren't as hot in this branch as in Pberg. Usual wait time for food is 40min. Worth it!
Really happy. Being afraid after reading the comments, we had really good service and tasty food. We came for lunch on Saturday for lunch after 1+1/2 month since aperture. Will for sure repeat
In addition to a great 90s soundtrack, one can expect to be entertained by the kids stealing coasters from tables outside and throwing them everywhere. It's the hot new trend among the youth of XBerg.
The same great taste and cracking soundtrack as the original Prenzlauer Berg location. Lunchtime special 12-4 for those who can't wait 'til dinner for a burger.
Great burgers - no doubt. However for the size of it I'd expect a lower price tag. You might have to wait in order to find a place to sit, so consider reserving.
"I waited 60 min for a burger" - "Making burger is not rocket science". Hey GENIUS, how the hell are you gonna get your food in 10 mins if the place is full of costumers!? Are you retarded? May u are
Burgers are good, the meet is incredibly great, but I found the burgers a little dry. The portion of meet was maybe a little too high compared to the rest. Take burger with sauce !
Unfortunately not the original one, but a copy of the one in Prenzlauer Berg, Am Falkplatz. They serve the meat between classic burger buns; the original burgers have English muffins for a reason IMO.
Cool new location, still a little bit "empty". Big disappointment for burger and steak, both ordered medium rare and were served medium and even well done. Side dish too salty. Good service though.
Burgers looked good, atmosphere buzzy. Beer selection average, a bit expensive. It feels very generic; I didn't come to Berlin to eat American food in a place which could be in any major EU city.
Food as good as the original in Prenzlauer Berg. This one is less crowded for sure, but it's not as fun, I think I'll stick to the original from now on.
