Derya DenizJuly 15, 2016First of all, the reception sucks! The receptionis is not kind at all. I waited 4 hours for my bags to come and I also waited 3 hours for the room I already paid to be ready! There is no such excuse.

- Good location, large rooms , old furniture, no complementary water
Internet outrageous @ 20 pound per day. If you have 30 minutes walk down to regent street and by a prepaid Internet from 3 for 22 pound.

- Breakfast too expensive- go out rear exit, turn right you will find a cafe on the next corner
Total disappointment you can find much better hotels in the same price
TERRIBLE basic amenities ie slippers, water etc. Brilliant service though.
