Ask for a hard room key. We went through 14 keys in 2 days. They kept saying its because of our phones. Which is silly, but to appease, we kept them away from phones and other cards. Kept not working.
One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Only option in the area so only stay there if you really really need to. From the smelly rooms to the rude management there is absolutely nothing good.
Haven't stayed here in a long time. I enjoyed being the Mayor but had to resign due to other committments. Yea right, who cares? Came to the realization that it's all a bunch of no biggie. Good luck.
Classic in Asbury Park. While many parts of the hotel look to be modern, a lot of the hotel lacks the amenities that are expected from boutique hotels. Great beachhotel, not a great boutique hotel
Convenient location but overpriced. Feels like a tourist trap for Manhattan people. $45 per day for valet. $500+ per night rooms. No maid service. Wristbands to use the pool. Very loudhotel.
Beds are lumpy. Nice looking place but not worth what they charge. No mini fridge so don't buy a 12 pack like I did cause you will have no place to keep it cold. And 100 dollar pet fee. It's OK :)
Don't stay here. I get back to my room and my door is wide open. So obviously someone was in here but the hotel doesn't seem to think its a big deal. + they charge you $20 a day to park with a room
all this money went into a remodel- (interior) and it's an absolute nightmare!u have a crappy staff- poor upkeep- non exsistant management at times-there's major water issues! HOTEL HELL!
As the only New Jersey shore boutique hotel, The Berkeley Oceanfront echoes the grand seaside hotels of the past while providing a thoroughly modern luxury hotel experience.
