You can't go wrong here. But if you want to go all the way right make sure to include the Black Rossejat in your order. If you like craft beer try the Chimay Tripel. Bonus: ask for Javier (server).
Brussel sprouts were amazing! Also loved the cubano, foie gras PB&J, sautéed shrimp, & the "paella" was out of this world. Also got an off menu pork dish that was one of the best things we ate.
Order everything! The s'mores dessert was outstanding. Other standouts were pork belly buns, dragon fruit ceviche, Japanese taco, Brussel sprouts. I liked the smoked oysters, but weren't for everyone.

Incredibly accommodating to food intolerances and allergies. Our waiter knew the menu inside and out and steered me to safe items and offered adjustments as needed. Never felt like an imposition

Kueh Pai Ti is bite-sized but an entire dish worth of flavor. Cubano isn't as good as the (P)hilly Cheesesteak at Bazaar in LA. This location is also more of a chill vibe. Bar snacks by the pool.
Excellent eclectic mix of Latin, Spanish and Asian cuisines with an aroma of Ferran Adria ...Watch out for the Sommelier who is a salesman not an advisor . Pricy but a great experience!

The Cuban coffee rubbed churassco is easily the best piece of steak I've had. Their dragon fruit ceviche is also incredible. Get it. You won't regret it.
Try the caipirinha - Brazilian cachaça, fresh lime juice, and sugar. A slushy, frozen drink... as it melts in your mouth, you get all the flavors—tarragon, then floral notes, and then some lime.
