The Arnold House has a bar, restaurant and spa, which allows for a fun and relaxing weekend without ever needing to leave the property. They occasionally have performances or BBQs on-site.

Excellent place to stay. The garden suite is perfect for a family. Lots of njce little touches. Also the tavern restaurant is kid friendly. There's a cozy living room style area with board games.

Best spot in the area to chill out. Stay for a long weekend, eat and drink at the bar downstairs, and lie on the couch all day by the fire. Nice.

eat downstairs in the tavern. veggie burger is amazing. some of the best draught beer in sullivan county.

Amazing gem in tiny Livingston Manor. Chicken and waffles and farmers omelette are excellent. Went fishing nearby and found this keeper!

Spend more time in the sun room. They have a Bluetooth speaker you can play your own tunes on.

Went there for brunch. Didn't really like the food. Coffee wasn't good either. No soap in the men bathroom, not a good sign. The place has some potential tho.
