Jorden MaguderFebruary 11, 2015This place is awesome.Pet deposit does stink but other than that it's great. You only pay electric here! All staff are wonderful. Some are way more by the books than others but overall, all are great
Be Prepared To Have To PAY PER PERSON Every Time.. So How Is That Any Part Of The Benefits Of Renting Here & Then We Paid The Extra $75 To USE The Facilities. SO BE PREPARED- It's one of the better Apts. In The Area &If You Have Pets It's Not Going To Cost A Weeks Pay. I Think It Is A $300. NON Refundable. Then Only $30.00 Per Pet.Mthly.There's Not A Weigh Restrictions.
- Ts was to Have Been apartment/s at Thalia Gardens but now with this new phone it decides to change whatever IT wants so sorry about typos 😄 lol
This is a 55 & better senior community..im the assistant manager & love it here <3
