Best degustation menu we have tried! Booked 2 mths ahead for anniversary on a fri nite. At least 5yrs ago, not sure how long waiting list & price is now. Allow 3-4hrs to enjoy the meal. Great service!
An institution! Goes without saying that the food is exceptional but what really stood out was the superb service! A class above any other degustation I've had in Sydney yet.

Good Nosh. If you appreciate High End tucker (& paying for it) where you have many small courses over several hours; this is the place for you. Definitely not your 'standard' dining experience
Slightly disappointed with the degustation, the price is probably not that worth it when compared to other restaurants such as Quay, but heavenly ocean trout!!!
GOOD: fish courses! Amazing! BAD: dark meats. I think they try to get you drunk so you don't notice it is good, but not upto standard. OVERALL: value for money? Yeah. But just.
