Great selection of eclecticwines, beers and spirits. What really sets this place apart is the staff — warm and inviting, especially with families. What a treat.
So many treasures to be had by the glass, ask for recommendations and try new things! Have the bartender arrange a cheese and charcuterie plate for you.
Our server Evan was great. The lamb sausage, duck confit salad, charcuterie and cheeses were all wins...you can't go wrong. Even though I didn't have it, I'm so happy they have Finger Lakeswines!
First place in NYC I discovered with Finger Lakeswines (although they are generally inconsistent in quality, I appreciate them supporting the industry). One of many excellent Tribeca wine places.
Pleasantly surprised by how awesome the Sunday Night Meatball deal was!- 1/2 carafe of wine, arugula salad, veal meatballs and olive oil cake for dessert for 2 pple for $35. Nice end to a week!
flights of any of your fancy -- ask knowledgable staff for recos and enjoy hazy wine over plates of indulgent shareables. gets packed, plan accordingly!
Get the meatball sub and the fried chicken, which is boneless and delectable. Ask for extra lemon for the chicken. It's kind of like a tatsuta-age. Great with a good dry Riesling.
Don't leave without trying the bone marrow. Loved it with a glass of Chateau Musar. Also, I highly recommend a glass of sparkling red-- Lusenti gutturnio 2011 Emilia-romangna . Amazing!
The assorted meat plate was awesome! so were the risotto balls. Great staff as well! Don't hesitate to ask for suggestions, they were all super helpful tackling the huge wine list.

Amazing variety of wines by the glass. The meatballs and the fritatta are food highlights. The staff is very knowledgable, and are good at helping find what you'll like.
Infamous for their assortment of gourmet meatballs, the beet and gorgonzola rendition of a classic meatball is a delicious second favorite after the veal-ricotta balls
red wineoxtail risotto ball, pear/walnut salad, meatball sandwich, orangey beets... their menu is all about a burst of flavor. Try the hazelnut budino for dessert!
"Here, on the brunch menu we found our ideal doughnut... fried to order, tender and fragrant, transcendent in its humble dough nuttiness… and the coffee is killer." -Best of NYC 2011
