Very low-key neighborhood spot for brunch. Their spin on huevos rancheros is so good! Come after noon to avoid the crowds. They sometimes also have a great matcha latte.

Breakfast sandwiches & lattes great, but you could conceive & bear a child while waiting (hey, just drop it in one of the huge strollers people insist bringing in!) Get regular coffee & muffin instead
Great sandwich spot. Heuvos Rancheros are great as well. Can get pretty crowded so come early on weekends or weekday afternoons.

I used to live a couple of blocks from here and would come by almost every morning. That should say it all. Everything always tasted fresh (because it was!).
all the breakfast sammies are a win, especially the meatloaf. the yogurt/fruit/granola is a great lighter meal as well. get it to go and eat it next door in cobble hill park.

Great spot for breakfast. I'm partial to the #1, though the Redneck (ham, egg and cheese grits in a wrap) is also delicious.

Best egg sandwich in the neighborhood (Recommend: Old school and the Number 1) and a decent cup of D'Amico's coffee. Sit back and watch unemployed bobos fight for space with stroller moms.
Get the huevos rancheros and bring it to the park next door.
