The name of the resturant says it all " Tasty " .. Order the crap dip 👍🏻 , Adler burger 🙏🏻 & Baja Tacos 🙏🏻👍🏻👍🏻 .. They were amazing and the service was perfect in every possible way ..
The food was amazing and the drinks were great too. Take a place at the bar if you do not want to wait (which can take 1h+ easily). They serve the full menu at the bar and the bartenders are super!
Came in at 3:30pm for their Mid Day Bar Menu. Had the Radicchio salad and Steakhouse Sandwich, both were fantastically flavorful. Would love to come here for brunch!
Expect long waits. Get the radicchio, octopus, wagyu skirt steak, duck duck potatoes. Brunch means fried egg and cheddar biscuit w/ fried chicken + milkshake & fries because you don't diet here.
Wow amazing food. Bambino is a classic. Must have the sautéed spinach & grilled asparagus. So much flavor. Very fresh ingredients Small place you can share tables with strangers. Lol
Amazing food. Loved their Korean fried kimchi rice chicken , cuate Mary and the corn fritatta. The wait is ridiculously long like over 2 hours so plan something long with it
First timer and super impressed. Highly recommend the Saigon Brussels Sprouts, Duck...Duck...Steak, Auntie Paula’s French Toast, and the Korean fried Chicken. Everything is fantastic!!!!
Got here around 2:30pm on a Sunday. They had just finished brunch service, so I could only sit at the bar. Got a couple of beers, fried chicken, and a biscuit. Even happy hour menu was good overall.
Killer bim bop bacon for brunch. Tart, mild and crunchy kimchi with crispy charred rice and marinated bacon - get it. The fried chicken sandwich and fried oyster open omelette is great too.
The Goat Cheese Dumplings Arrabiata were one of the best things I have ever eaten period. I’m not usually into spicy stuff, but these were incredible. Get them. Eat them. Love them.
Get the clams & chorizo-save your clams & pass on the 2 ribeye offerings. Service & atmosphere were nice. Note: we arrived at 5:10p and were 1st to be seated; can see why people would wait though...
There's a reason the word tasty is in the name. Absolutely scrumptious Family-style eating! Must try: goat cheese dumplings, cedar-plank salmon, Nacho Libre corn on the cob, and the Brussels sprouts
The chips n dip are perfectly crisp. The Brussels sprouts are excellently seasoned but a little oily. The service went above and beyond in my opinion even though they missed one of my orders
If there's 2 of you, put your name in with the hostess and get a drink at the standing bar while you wait. You might have a greater chance of sitting at the real bar for foods. Saigon beans are ridic.
The best advice I ever got was to get the Tasty Steak and Eggs with a Tasty Mary for breakfast here. Now I'm passing these words of wisdom to you. You won't be disappointed.
Chocolate Potato Doughnut is incredible. Also order the Bim Bop Bacon & Eggs to share. Wait can be lengthy so put your name in and go grab Courier Coffee on Oak Street.
Wow, I just found the right excuse to say that this is a really good place: the Panna Cotta with pineapple-rum caramel and a Zacapa rum glass besides. This is an experience!
This place has made me realize that Portland is seriously winning the Portland v Brooklyn food competition. Also, so glad I'm not a vegetarian. Pork skirt steak all the way. And the heirloom tomatoes!
Tasty n Sons' third, and newest restaurant. Different menu. The Korean Fried Chicken bowl at lunch (only) is my favorite dish. Everything else is also pretty exceptional.
Food and drinks are great but the bar menu between lunch and dinner (2pm - 5pm) is VERY limited. It actually kinda sucks. Gonna come back for brunch or dinner.
Tasty n Alder, a John Gorham restaurant in Downtown Portland, Oregon, is a modern steakhouse featuring a fun, family-style menu of innovative dishes with diverse international origins.
