Everything I’ve tried has been great. A huge step up from the Americanized Mexican you get at most restaurants

Last time I went I enjoyed tacos de tripa and cabeza (talk about head to tail!), a goat barbacoa torta with an horchata on the side. -Hector Santiago, Top Chef
