Cellphone waiting lot is awesome! They have food trucks, free wi-fi, restrooms, and a huge board to show you all the details of the flights. Best of all, it's free to use!

Awesome airport and wonderful ops/support staff bathrooms are always clean as the rest of the terminals. Always better to hang out in the center and enjoy the empty couch seats before getting on the tram to the terminal.

Great wifi that actually works well! It's almost never busy here which means very few lines everywhere you go within the airport. Pretty good options for food.

The Airport look great after the renovation, the big screen comp is very helpful , to find a place to change currency was a hassle , need employees to help people

Short term parking is first hour free and the bars and restaurants are on the public side of security. So go inside to see ye party off, or pick them up.

Honza ZhejbalApril 14, 2020Always fly to Tampa, if going to Florida. Rental cars is in close terminal, easy to get to highway to South.
Check out the elephants on display by the shops before you get to the trams. They are awesome unique works of art.
TSA are bag nazis here! To enter the line, you can only have two bags.... So if you want to get and early start on pulling out all the things that go thru security separately - forget it!
If you are traveling around Christmas time or Spring Break, make sure you arrive at least 2 hours early to give you time to get through security, otherwise you will probably miss your flight.
If you come to check your bags and find that the lines are long, go to curbside. Usually not busy and quicker. Be sure to tip a couple of bucks for each bag. Worth it not to wait in line.
The new Mise en Place Wine Bar (First Flight) just opened in middle of main terminal and it looks very nice! I'm impressed! Check it out.- In town for the RNC? Swing by the Mindworks store for patriotic hats and souvenir plush. Pick up patriotic tie dye tees at Ron Jon. And don't forget your flag from The Florida Shop as well!
Best laid-out major airport in the US. Short walks to gates. Rental car facility on site. Nice shopping & food choices outside and inside secure area.
If flying out of the American Airlines terminal, arrive early because as soon as you take train shuttle to concourse the security line can be an hour long or so looks at first from main hall deceiving

If renting car- arrive 90 at least 90 mins prior to departure and you can check your bag in the rental facility building
