Ditch Dishoom. Eat here instead. Less ostentatious, but the dishes are super original, hyperlocal with a twist and the cocktails are way better ! This place will make you home sick for India.

Top 3 Indian in London. Kale chaat, Maunika's fish curry, truffle ghee kulcha, Kolkata beet root chop, Punchropan dum aloo with luchi, papad ki sabzi, daal, and the Ahmedabadi dhokla.

Exotic cocktails twists are worth a try and food is mouth watering! Jackfruit pita is a great yummy option for vegetarians with plenty of other options. Seafood curry is heavenly.

Upbeat + modern just like its rivals. Great half plates with highlight on vegetables, lamb chop + red mullet. Cocktail genrly good - the margarita twist with aniseed in the top. Good service. #Revisit

Loving the small plates trend, great way to try different things. Some very original flavour combinations. Try the kale thingy, it was yummy. Also great cocktails!

Amazing food! All the dishes were really good, especially the bone marrow. But you really can't go wrong here. Prices are very reasonable for the quality

Good good. Modern take on classic indian dishes. Particularly liked the kale chaat, konkani fish curry - very fresh and flavourful and the dal - north indian home style, very nice but portion is small

Great Indian food. Highly recommend the Samosas and Kale Chat. The service was a bit iffy.

Very modern Indian cuisine which is delicious. Taste many dishes. The seafood coconut curry is amazing, as is the black gajar halwa.

Very innovative. Amazing drinks and food. Kosha Mangsho, Chicken 21, Talli Machli, Kochi Beef are a must. Knock-out punch for Dishoom.

Loved the desi slider - especially the saag base. The truffle ghee kulcha is amazing. Loved the raghogarhi sea bass in banana leaf wrap

The portions here are really quite generous. Chicken 21 or Spicy Beef plus a rice are plenty for one person.

A bit different and some tasty dishes but wasn't blown away by the food and service was a bit iffy (lack of experience rather than trying to be bad!)

Although there were empty tables, we were made to wait for an hour. Service wise there's a LOT of room for improvement.

The food tastes good (except Neer Dosa was raw), but iffy service and ridiculously small plates even for tapas for the price means I'm unlikely to repeat.

Not quite the Dishoom-killer it purports to be. Not close.

Disappointing food. Group of friends went for dinner and most of us ended up with diarrhoea and stomach cramps the next day. Complains submitted to council. Avoid!
