The place has the best chicken in the valley! My staff loves the Lomo Saltado and I love the chicken and their papa de fritas! Prices are good and as muy staff says...the food is off the Hook!

It's all about the Sanguchon. Perfect layers of flavors. Second is the Pollo a la Brasa.

Their chicken is SERIOUS business. Try it in whatever.. Pollo Saltado, Tallarin or right off the frickin' fantastic bone = you can't lose (aka FTW!)

Had the Saltado burrito. Very flavorful. Not enough meat for me and too much rice. Will try the chicken next time.
