All these items are dope: ginger & lioness cocktail, fried chicken, mac & cheese, cornbread and stuffed chili pepper. Hot sauce should be on the table from jump.

Obviously, try the mac & cheese and save room for dessert. The Hummingbird Cake is their signature dessert, BUT I highly recommend the Sweet Corn Custard...absolutely to die for. Awesome atmosphere.

Everyone talks about the fried chicken but it's actually really, really bland. The mac 'n cheese is transcendental, though. Get it!

If you are lactose intolerant and sadly cannot have the Mac and Cheese (which should be the ONLY reason you don't get it), I feel badly for you. Try the Maple-glazed Sweet Potatoes as your side.
