Gabby WebbOctober 20, 2014Seafood heaven! If you love sashimi, you'll love this place! $11 for lots of salmon sashimi!! I tried the bbq platter too and it was good. Take away and sit outside with the seagulls. :D
Sadira Y.July 5, 2018Come here at 8am before tourists come!! Must try their Rock Oyster (Dozen at 21$), extremely cheap and fresh!! Try to stay away from those pre-fried seafood, not as fresh as expected.

Nat MAugust 26, 2013The best oysters and sashimi I've had in Sydney. Get here before the lunch crowd hits and stuff your face with all the fresh seafood you can. Watch out for prowling seagulls when eating outside.
Matt Ta-MinMarch 7, 2020Spend $100 dollars in one of the stores and you'll get an hour of free parking. The selection of seafood is excellent here. However come nice and early to get the freshly shucked oysters.

Hams SoloJuly 12, 2016It's not a trip to Sydney. Unless there is a visit here. So much, all great. The only downside is the crowds and the lack of seating. But selection and service, outstanding.
Great choice of fish, sashimi, crabs and prawns. Delicious oysters. Here's bottle shop, so you can buy wine or beer for your lunch. Have a good time here.

Weekends and public holiday can be chaotic for parking seekers. Try not to stay on the first 2 rows near Claudio. Go to the sites near the bridges as you tend to get more chance of parking space.

Overpriced for cooked food and stinky at the best of times. Buy the seafood as early as possible (for freshness) and take it home to cook and enjoy.
Buping WangDecember 5, 2016Seafood is reasonably cheap. The environment isn't quite good. Lots of sea birds hanging around for food, sometimes they can get quite aggressive.
Come early in the day - lots of tourists come by the busload making it hard to get around. Lots of great herb plants on sale at greengrocers. Wonderful cheeses+deli products

Nothing beats lunch at the fish markets. My fave is the grilled fish and salad from fresh market cafe BBQ grill. Kingfish, John dory and gemfish always superb. also do great grilled seafood platters.
- The freshest oysters are across from the Blackwattle Deli in the walkway - two guys spend all day shucking them - pacifics and Coffin Bays, ridiculously good value as well
- Sauces, dips, marinades, cheeses, coffee, chocolate, pasta, icecreams and good Asian selection - Blackwattle Deli is one of my favourite delis in Sydney
barely anything open here on New Year's Day. so if you're thinking about having this as your first meal of the year, you might wanna consider something else.- I bought the biggest, plumpest, most delicious king prawns from Claudio’s 😋😋😋
