Very bad store. Rented a broken bycicle, i had to come half way back from central park to the store by walking. Didnt give my money back. the attendant was very rude and dont çare about the costumer

Was really PO'ed that two sales people at SBR managed to pick out the wrong cleats for me (I don't ride outdoors, but surely they should have known what SPD MTBs look like?), but thumbs up to Brandon
