Fake Italian alert. I gave it a couple of tries because it's just around the corner and has a few tables to eat outside. It's just not good. Few choices, bad pasta, rude staff. Sad.
I ordered the lemon pasta cuz every1 wrote about it. It's just spaghetti w/ parmesan cheese and lemon juice on it. Wtf. There is so much better pasta. Bolognese, chicken parm, rigatoni w/ meatballs
Gnocchi was good. The veal meatballs were small portion & a letdown. The menu is vague and daily specials have no pricing. This leads to uncomfortable moments of asking about costs when they are busy.
The wait time isn't all that bad but if you get stuck, they have a great bar next door. So grab a drink and wait for your table, they'll get you when it's ready.
Dessert: normally I would recommend the Tiramisu, but recently tried the panna cotta = chocolate fondue + flan ! Great! Also Almondgrappa does the trick.
