NeMeSiSOctober 25, 2014The hotel is huge and clean n organised. Front desk is polite n quick. The room is very clean and with nice comfortable bed and pillows. The room n toilet is big but the bath tube is too small.

However, hotel rooms interior little bit run-down for wear & tear. The management should replace all worn out carpetings!

- The Surau here us very conveniently located at Level 10. Usually quiet but occasionally there are visitors from indoor workshop held in the hotel.

Has YousefAugust 11, 2019Doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel at all. The room is old and thin walled. Slow service in general, no one picks up the phone in the reception. Its not bad, good for families but terrible for couples.

Currently fair on the breakfast @ Fuzion cuz the main restaurant is still under renovation. Was supposed to finish by end november but looks like delayed & disliked the queue.
Breakfast was served more to middle eastern food. It was Hari Raya and was expecting some Raya food. Lemang, ketupat mana?

Nice to stay. Room is clean, wifi signal is strong. But bell boy 's service need improve. You asked them things, they look like frustrating n lazy to answer you.
