The health spa at the sports center athletic club is designed to provide relief and relaxation after your exercise or fitness routine. Whirlpool and saunas are located in the indoor aquatics area and/or locker rooms – so after your workout you can relax and unwind.

Swedish Massage

30.00 - 75.00

This is the traditional massage which is great for relaxation and stress relief. This massage increases blood and oxygen circulation throughout the body and releases toxins.

Hot Stone Massage

60.00 - 80.00

This massage is performed with smooth lava stones which are warmed in a roaster to give moist heat to the body. This is very relaxing, increases blood flow, decreases joint and tissue stiffness, decreases pain, etc. This massage is great during cold weather.

Deep Tissue Massage

30.00 - 75.00

This‎ massage is done with a very firm pressure and goes deeper into the muscles for a more therapeutic relief. This massage is good for those who like a lot of pressure and are accustomed to regular massage therapy session.

Prenatal Massage

This massage is particularly for the pregnant woman who is at least 3 months pregnant. This massage focuses on the problem areas of the expectant mother such as lower back and hip pain. The mother is to lie on her side with a body pillow during the massage session. Recommended amount is every 3 weeks during the pregnancy for one hour session.60 minutes

This package is a fifteen dollar discount and must be used within 3 months, one hour at a time. This massage package may be used with any type of massage at no extra charge.

6 Hour Package

This package offers a fifty dollar discount and must be used within 6 months, one hour at a time. This massage package may be used with any type of massage at no extra charge.

Tennis‎

The sports center athletic club in high point has 4 full size tennis courts. The full courts are professional size and are ideal for singles or doubles play. They are perfect for warming up or for anybody who just wants to practice tennis. Tennis racquets and balls are available at the front desk for members to check-out and return after use.Playing tennis is not only fun, but a great way to get in shape. Tennis‎: Tennis Lessons

Private tennis lessons are available for beginners, intermediates, and advanced levels of all ages – including tiny tots (10 and under), juniors, and adults. Lessons are based on instructor availability
